Common questions.

How much can I actually earn?
Realistically, three or four couples a month at Standard pricing is £200-280/month with very little effort. Suppliers who're already in regular conversation with couples often do more. Top partners (planners, venues) can clear £1,000+/month. There's no cap.
When and how do I get paid?
By bank transfer (UK only for now) or PayPal. We clear commissions 14 days after the customer's payment lands (so we're protected if they refund), then pay out monthly. We need your payout details to send the money, which you can add now or later.
What if my couple chooses a different plan or upgrades later?
You get 20% of whatever they pay, whichever plan that is. If they upgrade later, you get 20% of the difference too. The customer stays yours.
How do you track signups to me specifically?
Every link is unique. When someone clicks it, we drop a 90-day cookie. Even if they come back later through a different route, you still get the credit. You see all of this live in your dashboard.
Do I have to be a wedding supplier?
No. Anyone with a network of couples planning a wedding can join. Recent newlyweds tend to be brilliant referrers, you just lived through it and your engaged friends will listen to you.
Can I post my link on social media?
Yes - share it however you like. Email signatures, Facebook groups, Instagram bio, your supplier website, in conversations with clients. The only rule is no spammy mass-DMing, that gets the link reach throttled by the platforms anyway.
What about tax?
You're responsible for declaring commission as income. We don't withhold tax. For most casual referrers this falls under the £1,000 trading allowance and doesn't need reporting; check with your accountant if you're earning more.
Can I refer myself?
No, sorry. The whole point is partner-to-customer, and self-referrals would just be a discount. If you want a discount on AisleReply for your own wedding, get in touch and we'll sort something out.
What if my referral doesn't go through?
We're a small UK team and we want partners to feel looked after. If you're sure you sent someone our way and they don't show in your dashboard, email us and we'll dig in. Genuine mishaps get credited.
